 Cushion Systems: Latex-ite Acrylic
Cushion is available in three systems, Super Cushion I, II, and III. What sets Super Cushion aside from all others is the Super Cushion Base Coat.
Our Base Coat Cushion consists of a unique blend of highly resilient graded rubber granules and a super fortified acrylic latex binder which will yield a
resilient surface that far exceeds any other available today. This base coat cushion is used in conjunction with our Super Cushion Top Coat. Our Top Coat
Cushion utilizes the same super fortified acrylic latex binder, but uses extremely fine rubber granules which yield a smooth uniform playing surface. By
combining these two products in various systems, we offer three different resilient subsurfaces:SUPER CUSHION I - The serious players choice - our most resilient Cushion Surface. Installed in five coats at an application rate of .71 gallons per square yard. Coverage rate will vary depending upon surface porosity. It consists of: 2 applications of Base Coat Cushion 1 application of 50/50* 2 applications of Top Coat Cushion Click here to print a specification sheet of Super Cushion I: SPEC SHEET SUPER CUSHION II - Our most popular surfacing system combining economics and resiliency. Installed in four coats at an application rate of .57 gallons per square yard. Coverage rate will vary depending upon surface porosity.
