It is cold applied and designed specifically for resurfacing new and existing hot mix asphalt tennis and recreational courts. Click here to print a specification / mix design sheet: SPEC SHEET Latex•ite® Acrylic Resurfacer with Sand: Latex•ite® Acrylic Resurfacer is a heavy-bodied acrylic emulsion for use on open graded or pitted asphalt or concrete surfaces. It is installed prior to the application of the Latex•ite® Acrylic Color System. Application of the Latex•ite® Acrylic Resurfacer provides an economical means for filling voids and pits in new and previously coated asphalt and concrete surfaces. Latex•ite® Acrylic Resurfacer may also be used to level birdbaths or minor depressions prior to coating. Supplied as a concentrate, it can be mixed with sand and water to from a mix that can be modified to meet specific job requirements. Filler Coat Binder Mix is intended for use in resurfacing and minor leveling of tennis courts. Its application results in a smooth, fine-textured base layer particularly well suited for application of all quality Acrylic cushion and color systems.
